About the program:

Who are we looking for?

  •  Fresh graduates – BSc/MSc in electrical /mechanical engineering. Electroacoustics major would be amazing.
  •  Top students, measured by a combination of academic results, extracurricular efforts, conceptual understanding, and critical thinking with minimum GPA 3.0/4 or 7.5/10
  •  Overseas returnees are particularly encouraged to apply.
  •  Hungry to grow.
  •  Open and transparent communication
  •  Outward mindset.

 

 What is the training roadmap?

  •  Month 1: Work on our production line to get a deep understanding of products.
  •  Month 2 - 4: Rotation in R&D in a hands-on function (e.g. prototyping).
  •  Month 5 - 7: Rotation in an R&D engineering function (e.g. product development).
  •  Month 8: Rotation in surrounding functions (e.g. quality).
  •  Month 9 - 11: Rotation 2 in R&D function.
  •  Month 12: Transition to a regular R&D job.

 

 What are we supporting?

  •  Direct reporting to the Head of department for the time of the program.
  •  Mentor (manager or senior engineer) provided to support your growth.
