- Perform recruitment activities in responding to employment requests for IDL
- Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs.
- May utilize the services of employment agencies in scarce positions.
- Places employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media
- Responsible for completion of employment documentations (collecting required personal documentations and passing to C&B, issuing offer letters, arranging first days for new hires)
- Participate into HR programs to build company brand name to labor market (internship, plant tour for students, talks in colleges and technical schools, and job fairs, etc.)
- Ensures the accurate and update records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process (recruitment delivery time)

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree, major in human resources or relevant.
2. Knowledge of computer servicing: Good at word, excel, email, ppt, etc.
3. Knowledge of foreign languages: Be able to communicate English.
4. Other (e.g. competences): Good communication and cooperation, Eager for learning and creative applying, Smart and sensitive, Work disciplines
5. Professional experience: at least 2-years experience in recruitment, prefer in production working environment.
