Job Description
I. RANGE OF DUTIES:
- Participation in IT infrastructure projects
- Administration of the server environment, implementation, and configuration of new solutions,
- Maintenance and ensuring continuity of production and backup environments
- Monitoring performance and ensuring security and continuity of managed systems
- Help Desk team support
II. FORMAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related fields
2. Professional knowledge of:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in working with Microsoft Windows Server products (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft End Point Configuration Manager
- Knowledge of virtualization, VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Advanced Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Servers.
- Knowledge of Antivirus Solutions.
- Knowledge of Back UP system, particularly Veeam.
- Knowledge of tools for solving IT problems
- Understanding a wide range of security concepts and standards.
- Ability to analyze risks, threats, and vulnerabilities
3. Languages: Very good knowledge of English
4. Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
5. Other:
- Suitable characters: amiable, discipline, assiduous, self-motivated to bring issues to closure and work-smart.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to be on-call and work off-hours when needed
