I. RANGE OF DUTIES:

1. Responsible for a more complex production planning process or a small team controlling the routine sourcing and production operations.

2. Responsible for working with various teams in carrying out the team‘s process improvement initiatives across the supply chain, including but not limited to coming up with resolutions or new supply plan for customers if necessary.

3. Perform analysis to response to unanticipated changes such as material shortages, delivery backlogs, very high/ low demand from customers etc. Should provide information, impact assessment, and options to downstream processes, revise production shifts and or mix as needed, defining the roadmap for production capacity increases/change.

4. Analyze finish goods inventories to improve inventory turns and manage all exhausted materials and finished goods to eliminate obsolete and reduce waste.

5. Pull data from multiple systems and summarize information in comprehensive report

II. FORMAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: College degree. A university degree is preferred.

2. Professional knowledge of: Understanding of management systems and production support

3. Knowledge of computer servicing: Good at Microsoft Office. experience with Axapta, SAP, or other ERP systems is preferred

4. Languages: Be able to communicate in English

5. Professional experience: At least 4 year working experience in in supply chain environment. 3 years of experience in an manufacturing company is preferred.
