Job Description
I. RANGE OF DUTIES:
1.FP&A and business partnering:
a. Monthly reporting (Business review):

- Perform comprehensive monthly financial performance analysis covering P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
- Conduct variance analysis versus budget, Outlook, and prior years, with clear and data driven root‑cause explanations.
- Prepare and support monthly Business Review, providing concise insights, risks, and actionable recommendations to management.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of financial information across all financial reporting.
b. Performance & Ad‑hoc Analysis:
- Execute ad‑hoc financial analyses and projects to support performance improvement, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement.
- Develop financial modeling, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluations to support management decisions.
c. Budget:
- Prepare the annual budget, Outlook, and long‑term financial planning/strategy financials processes.
- Coordinate and support the financial planning and budgeting process, including data gathering, consolidation, analysis, and coordination across companies/departments.
- Prepare data and financial information for slides for Board meeting mid-December.
d. Business Partnering:
- Act as a finance business partner to commercial, operations, R&D and other functional teams.
- Challenge assumptions, identify performance gaps and proactively propose improvement actions.
- Support strategic initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
- Drive closer collaboration between Finance and the business to improve performance and accountability .
Process Improvement & Systems
- Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A and reporting, leveraging automation, FP&A tools, and best‑practice methodologies to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with Local and Group Finance Manuals, policies, and internal controls.
2. Ad-hoc requirements, backup and others:
- Ad-hoc tasks/reports assigned by manager to meet deadlines with time pressure.
- Back up team members when necessary.
- Commitment to meet deadlines and achieve results in difficult circumstances and time difference.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions including strong communication.
- Self-equip technical knowledge and skills to improve quality reports and procedures.
- Work independently and manager reviews complex work only.
II. FORMAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: University, major in accounting and auditing, or finance
2. Professional knowledge of:
- Advanced knowledge of accounting/finance work
- Understanding of Group structures and intercompany transactions
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Manufacturing / supply chain finance
- CAPEX & investment analysis
- Ownership and accountability
- Structured and systematic
- Open minded
- Committed, dedicated and flexible
3. Knowledge of computer servicing:
- Good at excel spread sheet and word
- Experience with Power BI, analysis tools
- Can use ERP / Dynamics, preferable
- First hand AI experience is a plus
4. Knowledge of foreign languages: English at C level or equal
5.Other (e.g. competences):
- Good communication and strong leadership skills

- Comfortable challenging also senior colleagues at eye-level 6. Professional experience:
- Mandatory:
- At least 5-year experience in the field of Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Controlling, or related fields
- Big 4 audit, advisory, or valuation background is a strong advantage - Prefered:
Experience in international manufacturing environment
