I. RANGE OF DUTIES:

1. General

• Working according company regulations and Safety-At-Work regulations.

2. Work

• Check, record and operate utility equipment
• Execute preventive and curative maintenance assigned by Technical Leader
• Reporting non-conformities to Technical Leader
• Responsible for carrying repairs and maintenance of machines and auxiliary equipment. Conduct regular checks to ensure that machines are in good working conditions. Perform general maintenance work and service automation fixtures

II. FORMAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Vocational school/ Technical College. 

Graduated from German-Vietnamese Technical Training Center/ College of Cao Thang Technology (Preferable)

2. Professional knowledge of: HVAC engineering, Electrical/Electronic engineering.

3. Knowledge of computer servicing: Basic computer skills

4. Knowledge of foreign languages: Basic English

5. Other (e.g. competences): Honest, Creative, Disciplined, Ready to work overtime and troubleshoot when requested, Reside in District 9, District 2 or Thu Duc District (Preferable), Other work assigned by Technical Leader

6. Professional experience: 2 year experience in similar position
