I. Job Description

• Contribute to an efficient running of the environmental regulations processes by giving a structured approach to the setting up, retrieving and the initial analysis of compliance data and materials used in products.
• Manage system to ensure retrieving compliance information from relevant suppliers.
• Ensure compliance data available in relevant systems
• Consult and advice compliance questions from both Internal & external
• Deliver compliance material test reports with cooperation external laboratories
• Leading cross functional (Production, Quality, Procurement, …) to run biological projects for existing production lines and for new introduce products where biological requires
• Looking into new legislation (e.g. VN, China, US) and advise organization relevant items that need to add in Regulatory Control Overview.
• Define plan for implementation/actions based on outcomes.
• Driving continuous improvement compliance system, eg: automate process to collect data from supplier, build compliance database, etc..
• Ensure all adhesives/chemicals information in Dynamics are up to date.
• Administrate Environmental Management System according to QC 080000 (objectives, audits, management review, follow up)

II. Job Requirements

1. Education: B.Sc of Engineering (chemistry, environmental management)

2. Experience: At least 5 years on engineer level for chemistry industry 

3. Professional Knowledge

• Knowledge of chemistry/analytical techniques (theoretical knowledge sufficient)
• Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TQM, Quality Systems in production)
• Basic understanding of Sonion Business System and ISO systems:
• Know about the Quality& Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed)

4. Fluent in English 

5. Knowledge of computer servicing: General proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, ERP
