Job Description
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze production data from manufacturing lines and cross-functional teams.
- Support routine and ad-hoc KPI reporting, including Output, Yield, FRY, Productivity, OEE, Capacity & Manpower Utilization, Overtime, and Inventory.
- Assist in building and maintaining performance dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Write and optimize basic SQL queries; support data integration from MES, ERP, Cadena, or related systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) through data analysis and insights.
- Prepare data and reports to support ISO audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Collaborate with CI, IT, and L&D teams on data standardization, training materials, and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in digital transformation / smart manufacturing projects, including automated data collection and system optimization.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required
- Final-year student
- Available to work full-time during administrative hours for at least 4 days per week
- Strong interest and passion in digitalization, especially Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Optional
- Basic knowledge of digitalization tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Major in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Industrial Management
