Job Description
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Acting Shift Leader Intern (Operation)
- Production Alignment: Participate in shift kickoff meetings with Workshop Supervisors (WS) to align on production plans and discuss operational issues.
- Line Monitoring: Monitor production lines directly on the shop floor to track actual progress against targets.
- Data Collection: Gather accurate daily data regarding production output, yields, and product defects.
- Reporting & Systems: Update production reports and KPIs using Excel and ERP systems.
- Problem Solving: Assist the Shift Leader/Team Leader in troubleshooting and resolving unexpected issues arising during the shift.
- Operational Reviews: Join shift/line management meetings to review and evaluate overall production results.
2. Acting Shift Leader Intern (Data)
- Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and detect shop-floor abnormalities against targets; investigate, gather data, and report on key metrics such as Machine Performance, Stock Levels, and Abnormal Cycle Time (CT).
- Digitalization & Automation: Support the development of micro-solutions using Power BI / Power Automate / Power Apps to optimize operations (e.g., controlling min/max fixture levels, 3D fixtures, WIP at Over Molding, etc.).
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Execute other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manage
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Acting Shift Leader Intern (Operation)
- Final-year student
- Documentation: Must provide an Internship Introduction/Recommendation Letter from their university.
- Available to work full-time during working shifts for at least 4 days per week
- Major: industrial management, industrial system engineer not require experience.
- Familiar knowledges with products and manufacturing process.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel
2. Acting Shift Leader Intern (Data)
- Final-year student
- Documentation: Must provide an Internship Introduction/Recommendation Letter from their university.
- Available to work full-time during administrative hours for at least 4 days per week
- Basic knowledge of digitalization tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Major in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Industrial Management
