MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Range of Responsibilities and authorities:
- Daily production issues troubleshooting (based on analysis/input from QA)
- Identify areas for improvement based on cost analysis and capacity constraints (including yield, efficiency and material consumption) and address by structured project-based approach
- Standardizing working methods, processes and materials for production
- Customer service concerning complaints in the area of restraining, correcting and preventing actions
- Conducting statistical control over processes and statistical analysis (Pareto based high reject areas identification, cause and effect analysis)
- New product and material approval (customer/approver for R&D/PE)
- Handling of nonconforming material/product (including Quality Functional Tests for nonconforming materials and Waiver Request for nonconforming products)
- Supervising QC operator responsible for Control Plan measurements and basic Line Audits
- Conducting internal audits, supporting third-party audits
- Providing product/process quality training for production staff
- Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.
- Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required.
Entitlements:
- Having right of consultation and participation to the employer for improvement of OH&SMS-ISO45001, reporting to direct supervisor or higher level for any issue relevant to OH&SMS-ISO45001.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Education: B.Sc of Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
Professional knowledge of:
- SixSigma problems solving skills
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 requirements
- Can use Quality tools
- Preferred:
- Six Sigma Green Belt certificate
- ERP Systems (Dynamics)
- Statistical software (Minitab or JMP)
- Experienced of Internal ISO 9001 Auditor
- Basic understanding of Sonion Business System and ISO systems.
- Know about the Quality& Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed)
Knowledge of computer servicing: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of foreign languages: Fluent in spoken and written English
