Job Description
I. RANGE OF DUTIES:
1. Support (guide, troubleshoot, report, etc.) users on daily task
- PC operation (Software, hardware).
- Office equipment operation (Printer, scanner, etc.)
2. Support deployment and maintenance IT resource to users that includes the following:
- IT equipment (PC, laptop, etc.).
- Software.
- Office equipment,
- Network equipment.
- Telecommunication.
3. Make user guides, system documents and IT policy.
4. IT resources allocation and access management:
- Handle User access request to our systems by communicating through task.
- Handle and close helpdesk tasks and tickets.
- Communicate tasks and IT user issues to IT service team.
II. FORMAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: College/ Bachelor degree with IT major
2. Professional knowledge of:
- Basic operate and troubleshoot IT equipment (Office and network) knowledge.
- Good Windows system infrastructure knowledge.
- CCNA or MCSA is an advantage.
3. Experience: Have at least 2 year in user supporting (Help Desk) or other fields related to communicate direct to end-users.
4. Foreign languages: Effective English is a must
- Good in reading and writing skill.
- Fluent in speaking and listening skill.
5. Others:
- Suitable characters: amiable, discipline, assiduous, self-motivated and work-smart.
- Able to be on-call and work off-hours when needed
