I. RANGE OF DUTIES:

- Participation in IT infrastructure projects,

- Providing support for IT infrastructure, LAN and WAN connections, servers

- Implement, Improving and maintaining network infrastructure components and their replacement.

- Help Desk team support

II. FORMAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor‘s degree or higher in IT or related fields

2. Professional knowledge of:

• Advanced knowledge of Firewall installation, managing and troubleshooting, mastering Fortinet product is a must
• Practical knowledge and hands on in implementing and troubleshooting advanced solutions in large environments
• Ability to configure and administer network devices: Routers, Switches, (FortiGate, Forti Manager, Aruba, Dell etc.),
• Extensive knowledge and experience in TCP/IP networks and network protocols, routing, and mechanisms that increase network reliability and security, Knowledge of VPN and monitoring technologies,
• Knowledge of tools for solving IT problems,
• Understanding a wide range of security concepts and standards
• Advanced Knowledge of IT system security mechanisms: HIDS / IPS / WAF / DLP, etc., ability to analyze risks, threats, and vulnerabilities

3. Languages: Very good knowledge of English

4. Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position

5. Other: 

• Suitable characters: amiable, discipline, assiduous, self-motivated to bring issues to closure and work-smart.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to be on-call and work off-hours when needed
• Effective time management and organizational skills
