Job Description
I. RANGE OF DUTIES:
- Participation in IT infrastructure projects,
- Providing support for IT infrastructure, LAN and WAN connections, servers, and mass storage,
- Improving and maintaining network infrastructure components and their replacement.
- Help Desk team support
II. FORMAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related fields
2. Professional knowledge of:
- Advanced knowledge of Firewall installation, managing and troubleshooting, mastering Fortinet and/or Palo Alto product is a must
- Ability to configure and administer network devices: Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi (FortiGate, Aruba, Dell etc.),
- Extensive knowledge and experience in TCP/IP networks and network protocols, routing, and mechanisms that increase network reliability and security, Knowledge of VPN and monitoring technologies,
- Knowledge of tools for solving IT problems,
- Understanding a wide range of security concepts and standards
- Advanced Knowledge of IT system security mechanisms: HIDS / IPS / WAF / DLP, etc., ability to analyze risks, threats, and vulnerabilities
- Experience in working with Microsoft Windows and Linux servers
3. Languages: Very good knowledge of English
4. Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
5. Other:
- Suitable characters: amiable, discipline, assiduous, self-motivated to bring issues to closure and work-smart.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to be on-call and work off-hours when needed
- Effective time management and organizational skills
