MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1.Inspection
· Responsible for daily execution of incoming inspection of raw material according pre-described specification, and defined AQL level
· Fully record inspection in the IGI data system
2. Inspection equipment
· Installation and qualification of inspection equipment.
· Trouble shooting inspection equipment in daily operation (24-h/7-d).
3. Cross-departmental tasks
· Participation in tasks and projects supporting production.
· Support process QA and Production with quality improvement tasks.
· Support failure analysis XRF, XRAY, etc.
4. Material Validation / Production issues
· Perform measurement and inspection part validation when required.
· Support in other tests, nonconformity investigations, report to IGI engineer on assigned tasks.
5. Complaint handing
· Handle production complaints
· Handle supplier complaint whenever is required, support IGI engineer to fill in report as well as investigate together with process QA in production lines
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. Education: Technical College graduated or upper
2. Professional knowledge of:
· Performing measurements using tools such as gauges, smartscope, measurement microscope, hardness measurement.
· IGI process
· Knowing how to read technical drawing
· Know about the Quality& Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed)
3. Knowledge of computer servicing:
· Can use Microsoft Office
· Understanding and using: Dynamics, sharepoint relate to inspection task
4. Knowledge of foreign languages:
· Ability of understanding related mail in English.
· Understand basic English documentation
5. Other (e.g. competences):
· Sense of duty and reliability. Willingness to take consequences of own actions
· Inquisitive and eager to learn.
· Team work.
6. Professional experience:
Mandatory: 1 year’s experience using with measurement equipment
Prefered: 2 years’ experience as IGI Inspector or QC Operator
