The Role:

Lead R&D projects from initiation to closure. Align plan and planning with team and stakeholders and implement the project accordingly.

Key areas of responsibility

· Lead projects which are being developed and industrialized at Sonion Vietnam

· Manage project costs, project risks, product cost and resources

· Monitor and control project progress and report to management periodically

· Work closely with R&D, operations, quality and supply chain to meet the project deliverables

Reporting and other significant organizational relationships

· Reporting to head of R&D Vietnam

· Working in an international environment with colleagues in The Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Philippines and Vietnam

· Leading project teams with members from technical and commercial departments

Education:
Required: University degree in engineering
Preferable: Master degree

Professional experience:

·         At least 3 years of experience as a project leader.

·         Experience working with people from other cultures / nationalities.

·         PMP certification (or similar) is an advantage.

Others skills:

·         Confidence working in MS office.

·         Able to read technical drawings.

·         Independent/critical thinking

Languages: English, Vietnamese.
