- Responsible for daily execution of compensation & benefits
- Make sure report and calculation exactly and on time
1. Social Insurance:
- To prepare and calculate social insurance reports in monthly
- Doing the increment report and closing SI books for employee on time.
- To make sure SI allowance transfer to employee on time and exactly
- Delivering HI card to employee on time
- To solve other matters related to Social insurance.
- To update data monthly into SI control sheet
2. Labor contract:
- Following up with Line leaders/ Managers to get their confirmation and prepare labor contract of employee on time and exactly
3. Filling employee profile:
- Receiving and check employee profile from R&T team
- To scan employee’s certificate and store in HR’ database
- Filing employee profile in monthly
4. Discipline action meeting:
- To receive reports from others department
- Booking schedule for meeting and inviting who related to join the meeting.
- To join meeting and finish the disciplinary action decision.
- Filing disciplinary action decision.
5. Dynamics:
- Updating employee’s personal information in Dynamics system by weekly.
- Assuring employee’s information update exactly
6. Tax: to register Tax Code for employee

1. Education: College/ University degree in Finance, Accounting.
2. Professional knowledge of: Understanding labor law and updating new information related to labor law, social insurance law, can use Social insurance software
3. Knowledge of computer servicing:
- Can use Microsoft Office
- Understanding and using: Dynamics, SharePoint
4. English: Basic communication
5. Experience:
- Effectively communication in working with internal customer
- Proactive, hand –on, take initiative, team work.
- Organizing and planning
6. Professional experience: At least 2- years of experiences in calculating payroll finalizing PIT for foreign employees.
