I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Locker management:
- Manage the locker allocationfor Direct Labor (DL), ensuring employees are arranged in dedicated locker areas for easy management and supervision
- Handle all daily locker issues for DL employees, including lost keys, broken keys, damaged lockers, and locker changes, and ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of each case
- Perform locker liquidation for resigned DL employees, including retrieving keys, releasing lockers back to the available pool, and updating the locker tracking list.
- Maintain and update locker databases, forms and related documents (locker list, handover form, liquidation record, repair log) to ensure accuracy for reporting and audit.
- Coordinate with maintenance/repairman for locker repairs or relocation when necessary and follow up until completion.
- Conduct site checks of locker areas to ensure 5S, safety, tidiness and compliance with company regulations, and propose improvements when needed
2. Health check for DL employees:
- Execute operational tasks related to periodic and ad‑hoc health checks for DL employees (e.g. annual health check, return‑to‑work check, special checks for specific positions) in alignment with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with the HR department and external clinics/service providers to plan, schedule and organize health check sessions for DL employees, ensuring minimal impact on production activities.
- Prepare and manage lists of eligible DL employees, invitations, time slots and confirmations, and communicate clearly to supervisors and employees about health check plans and requirements.
- Support daily health‑check related activities for DL employees such as clinic registration, issuing introduction letters, guiding employees to health facilities, and following up on results and required actions.
- Track and update health check status for DL employees in relevant systems or files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of health records for internal and external audit.
- Work closely with HR, HSE and other stakeholders to handle special cases (e.g. labor accident follow‑up, work‑ability assessment, job‑change recommendations) in line with company procedures and legal requirements
3. Uniform management:
- Coordinate with HR and suppliers to prepare uniforms for onboarding DL employees so that uniforms are available on or before joining date
- Arrange uniform fitting, exchange of sizes and replacement of damaged or lost uniforms for DL and other Production employees in line with internal procedures and cost control
- Maintain accurate records of uniform stock, issuance and return (by employee and by production area) and prepare periodic reports as required
- Monitor stock levels and propose uniform purchasing or replenishment to ensure sufficient and appropriate sizes for DL and Production employees at all times.
- Ensure uniform distribution and usage comply with safety, hygiene and branding requirements in production areas, and raise non‑compliance cases to relevant supervisors
4. Other programs:
- Support other tasks for team’s another member when needed
- Other tasks are assigned by managers
II. YÊU CẦU:
- Vocational degree or Intermediate Degree
- Having primary experiences of stock management and organization
- At least two year experiences in administration work. 2 years experience in production working environment
- Good at word, excel, email, ppt,…
- Be able to communicate English with expat in job related areas.
